1 cup of sliced kiwi
1 cup topped strawberries
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1 cup ice water
Blend until smooth. Drink.
Remember: Fresh fruit is better than canned and organic fruit if better than nonorganic. Stay as close to natural as you can to get as many health benefits as possible.
